Construction / Building Control Information Packs

During this stage of the process I focus on the detail. This stage will work in coordination with other consultants, to prepare a comprehensive detailed working construction pack.

This information is required for Tender Pricing purposes, and also for building control submission/approval. While each project is unique, a typical construction pack would include:

• Setting Out General Arrangement Plans

• Lighting, Heating and Small Power Layouts

• Key Sections

• Elevations

• Key Details

• Materials & Specification annotations

• Integration of Structural Services
