Architecture & Planning
As a qualified architect, I can provide the required documentation to provide full planning and building control drawings for your project, covering RIBA Stages 0-6. Whether its a new build property, an extension or refurbishment I will work with you to create the design and layout to best suit your requirements and support you throughout the process. I will provide relevant advice on the most appropriate routes to take to obtain the correct permissions to carry out the works.
Project Management
As a qualified member of the Association of Project Management I can provide support, advise and guidance throughout the entire process. While I understand it can be a daunting process for anyone, and also time consuming, I will take the stress out of the process for you, consulting with you on key decisions while managing the day to day running of the project. I will use my extensive knowledge base to ensure you are getting the best value for money on all aspects of your project, foresee problems before they arise, saving money and ensure the project is running on programme to avoid delays.
Interior Design
Whether it’s a new nursery, sprucing up a home to live in or sell or complete an entire show home, I can provide you with the design, decoration schedules and furniture lists or provide a turn key service using my own contacts to carry out the required works including decoration and furniture items for the perfect reveal of a finished room/apartment/house. I have an extensive list of reliable suppliers to ensure a perfect end result!
